Kevin Cooper or his artist name King Bentley was born in California. Early in life he was influenced by pop and rock music such as The Backstreet Boys, which later led him into songwriting and rapping. Kevin hated rap music when he was growing up and didn't start listening to it until later in life.He had a hard time getting his music out there because it was difficult for him to share his music and his adopted family didn't support him in his music ventures.
Now Kevin is recording a new CD here in Albuquerque and is doing everything he can to get his music out there. In the future he wants to share his music and give people what he feels is real, true music.
Kevin fears that people won't understand the message he is trying to put out there. He has seen a lot in life and wants to share his experiences in life through his music.
In life he believes that you have to go for the gold and never let anyone get in the way. He is a living example of this because even though he is legally blind he doesn't let that change his determinations and he is doing incredible things.
Kevin is incredibly humble, an extremely talented rapper, and he is going to take over the world. An extreme honor to meet such an inspiring man. Just wait til you hear Kevin's music. It is so unique and some of the best hip hop music I have heard in a long time
